Was sind warmgewalzte Bleche? Es handelt sich um ein Metallprodukt, das im Bauwesen und in der industriellen Produktion sehr gefragt ist. Warmgewalztes Stahlblech wird aus Kohlenstoffstahl, legierten und niedrig legierten Stahlsorten hergestellt. Stahlbleche sind beständig gegen mechanische Beschädigungen, hohe und niedrige Temperaturen sowie gegen die Einwirkung von Chemikalien. Produkte aus warmgewalzten Blechen gelten als sehr langlebig und halten viele Jahre lang.
Je nach dem späteren Verwendungszweck des Stahlblechs wird bei der Herstellung auf die Erzielung verschiedener technischer Eigenschaften geachtet: Festigkeit des Blechs, Glattheit der Blechoberfläche, Biegeeigenschaften und Verschleißfestigkeit des Blechs.
Warmgewalzte Bleche werden in der Bauindustrie häufig für Dacheindeckungen, Säulenverkleidungen, Maschinengehäuse aus Metall, Flugzeuge, Werkzeugmaschinen, Tanks, Zylinder und andere Stahlerzeugnisse verwendet.
Bei der Herstellung von Stahlblech wird der Stahl gereinigt, von Fehlern befreit und anschließend auf eine spezielle Weise erhitzt.
Die gängigste Dicke von warmgewalztem Stahlblech ist 10 mm; die Blechformate sind 1500x3000 mm und 1500x6000 mm. Bleche werden in Paketen oder auf Rollen hergestellt. Die Mindestbreite der Bleche beträgt 1000 mm und die Länge variiert zwischen 2000 und 2500 mm.
